The location is great, close to good restaurants and not far from Fargo. The rooms are spacious, pet-friendly, and equipped with new furnishings. The beds are comfortable and there's a jet tub available.

The hotel was excellent and clean, its location was easy close to restaurants, great service. Location: the venue was just off Fargo where all hotels were almost charging close to $ 150/night as well as the fitness center.

During my recent stay at Comfort Inn, I encountered a sudden snowstorm on the way to the hotel. However, the hotel staff went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. They made multiple phone calls, even to central reservations, to try and cancel my reservation. Although it took some time, their efforts eventually paid off, and I was not charged for the night. I appreciate their understanding and dedication to customer service. I would recommend this hotel for their polite and concerned staff.

The newly decorated Comfort Inn in Fergus Falls is a great place to stay. The breakfasts are excellent, with a variety of options like juice and sausage. The staff is efficient, and the location is excellent, right in the middle of Jackson. Also, the hotel is relatively close to Perkins Restaurant & Bakery, where I enjoyed some nice desserts.

The staff here were incredibly friendly and assisted us with complimentary parking, providing a peaceful ambiance where the king room was equipped with central heating, a microwave, and a multi-channel TV.

The breakfast options were pretty good and the coffee tasted fine. Also, the staff member who checked me in was pleasant and professional. The cleanliness and comfort of the room were top-notch.

The bathroom was subpar, especially the shower curtain that didn't keep water from leaking onto the floor. Additionally, the towel rack was hanging upside down and not sturdy.

We stayed here for one night in a rush, but everything was really good - the staff was helpful, attentive, and always available.
